Both villas share common areas, such as a central hall with barbecue, swimming pool, pier, helipad, sports court and stand-up paddleboarding.

The living, dining and TV rooms, equipped with ceiling fans, provide comfort, while the central lounge accommodates up to 10 people on the sofa, 6 stools and 12 seats at the table. The house offers entertainment with cable TVs, streaming, Wi-Fi internet (250mb), and 100v voltage. Spacious kitchens, refrigerators, freezers, various appliances and 3 industrial stoves meet culinary needs.
