Upon arrival at Ilha do Arroz Private Resort, you will be greeted by 4 magnificent bungalows, full of amenities. Each suite has been carefully designed to offer maximum comfort, with a King Size bed and Trussardi bedding. The rooms are equipped with LCD TV, Split air conditioning and Wi-Fi internet access, ensuring you have all the modern conveniences in the middle of nature.

In addition to the bungalows, our resort offers a complete infrastructure for your leisure. To meet your needs, we provide a team of 5 dedicated employees, including a skilled cook, attentive kitchen maids and a helpful caretaker. They will be at your disposal throughout your stay, guaranteeing an excellent hotel and gastronomy service.

To satisfy your palate, Ilha do Arroz has a spacious and sophisticated Gourmet Space, equipped with a barbecue, cooktop, refrigerators, brewery and ice machine. In addition, we have an internal support kitchen, a wood-burning kitchen with a pizza oven and a complete laundry room. Our staff can also shop for supplies needed for your stay, for an additional fee.

Within the resort, you will find a variety of leisure options and activities. Enjoy refreshing moments in the saltwater pool, relax in the Jacuzzi or soak up the sun on our decks and solarium. In addition, Ilha do Arroz offers nautical equipment, such as kayaks, stand-up paddle boards and diving goggles, so you can explore the crystal clear waters of the region. Additionally, the island offers a 60-foot Azimut yacht available for rent, at a daily rate of R$12,000, for those wishing to further explore the waters around the island.

For a more compact option, there is a smaller 26-foot yacht available for R$5,625.

With a constructed area of 700m², the house has a spacious and elegant design. Consisting of 6 suites and 2 bedrooms, it is perfect to comfortably accommodate larger groups. Living spaces include a cozy living room with a fireplace, an elegant dining room and two home theaters for your entertainment.

For gastronomy lovers, there is a gourmet area complete with barbecue and wood oven. The games room provides fun and relaxed moments, while the soccer/volleyball field is ideal for outdoor activities. Charming verandas, manicured gardens, relaxing sauna and a fully equipped kitchen complete the amenities of this house.

Observations:

Throughout your stay, 2 dedicated staff will be available - a caretaker and a cook - to ensure your comfort and convenience. However, it is important to note that staff services are not included in the rental amount.

From 4 guests, it will be necessary to hire a third employee, whose daily cost is R$ 250.00. A maid will be on hand to prepare meals and take care of housekeeping, while a second maid will be in charge of cleaning the house/swimming pool. The caretaker will be available to take care of the sauna, fireplace, barbecue, wood oven and will also be able to help with any external purchases.

Employee working hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with 8 hours of work and a break for lunch. Overtime can be negotiated directly with employees, if necessary.

Regarding energy consumption during your stay, the light clock will be checked at check-in and check-out to calculate the corresponding value. This fee will be charged separately. The cost is BRL 3.5 per KWH.
