Contemplating the sunrise from this penthouse is definitely a unique and totally unforgettable experience. The view that we find when entering this 241m2 duplex is unprecedented even for many cariocas. In itself, this would be reason enough for us to choose this property as a true pearl of our portfolio hidden in Morro do Vidigal, but the reasons don't stop there and this penthouse still has a lot to offer.

Entering the entrance hall, we explore the first floor that already impresses us with its marble floor and wooden panels that go from floor to ceiling and the beautiful decoration that confer harmony, lightness and a luxurious atmosphere that extends through its first three suites.

The master suite deserves a separate chapter: spacious, open, illuminated and surrounded by the blue sea. The TV installed on the ceiling has an ingenious system that allows its rotation to be assisted from the king size bed or from inside the bathtub.

Going up, we reach the second floor, the star of the house. In addition to a fourth suite, here the environments blend and integrate in an exquisite way. The living room has two environments, the living area with its sofas facing the ocean view and the dining area. The large windows open onto a terrace where we come across a shower, a jacuzzi and the stunning “L”-shaped infinity pool from where admiring the scenery becomes, practically, a duty of the privileged guests who stay here.

The large living room is divided into two levels and has a dining table with capacity for 10 people comfortably, two living rooms with a Futon and a huge sofa.

The villa has beautiful wooden floors throughout, modern furnishings and all amenities. White walls keep the room temperature pleasant, combined with natural Brazilian stone to stunning effect. The kitchen is very spacious and fully equipped, in addition to having a glass wall facing the ocean.

Located on a spacious deck, the pool is the perfect place to cool off while enjoying stunning panoramic ocean views. With an impeccable design and an infinity edge that seems to merge with the horizon, the pool creates an atmosphere of luxury and tranquility that will delight your guests.

From Mondays to Fridays, the house has the support of a cook from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm and a caretaker from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, already included in the price. For weekends and holidays, there is a requirement to hire at least one employee. Daily rates vary between 350 to 500 reais.

NOTE: The top floor of the house is not available in the rental as it is in the process of expanding the property.

Less than two hours from Rio de Janeiro, under the mild climate of the mountainous region, we find this idyllic refuge where the silence is only interrupted by the noise of the birds that inhabit the region. All environments were delicately decorated with pieces found around the world, extremely spacious suites, super comfortable beds, balconies overlooking the green in all rooms and everything necessary to promote those who stay here, incredibly invigorating seasons.

In the company of the many flowers that are everywhere, we descend to a lower level where we find the swimming pool and the gourmet area with barbecue, sauna, hammocks to rest, and, of course, the fabulous view that is always present.

The back of the house opens onto a pleasant lawn, where tables and chairs are arranged around a pot: an invitation to good conversations and bottles of wine around the fire. Deeper down, relaxation probably reaches its maximum peak. To contrast with the coldest temperature in the region, a strategically placed jacuzzi, from where the landscape is even more dazzling, whether in the evening light or under the starry sky, on nights with a full moon, when the night seems like day, everything turns even more magical.
