This private oasis features a main mansion with 10 suites and a guest house with 4 additional suites, totaling 14 accommodations that combine absolute comfort and elegant design.

All suites are thoughtfully designed to provide restful nights with King-size beds, Trussardi linens, Split air conditioning, LCD TV, and Wi-Fi, all while offering breathtaking views of the sea or the forest.

The leisure infrastructure is nothing short of impressive: an infinity-edge pool facing the sea, sauna, tennis court, a jogging path encircling the entire island, a dock for vessels up to 120 feet, and an exclusive helipad ensure your stay is as comfortable as it is unforgettable. To top it off, a panoramic elevator connects the spaces with stunning views of the mountains and the ocean.

The gourmet area is spacious and fully equipped with a barbecue grill, cooktop, beer fridge, refrigerators, ice machine, indoor kitchen, and a charming wood-fired kitchen with a pizza oven.

A highly trained staff — including a cook, housekeepers, and a caretaker — is available throughout your stay, providing hotel-level service and exceptional cuisine. Grocery shopping assistance is also available upon request (additional fee applies).

On the island, you can also enjoy water sports with kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and snorkeling gear, in addition to the option of renting boats for exclusive tours in the surrounding waters.

With a constructed area of 700m², the house has a spacious and elegant design. Consisting of 6 suites and 2 bedrooms, it is perfect to comfortably accommodate larger groups. Living spaces include a cozy living room with a fireplace, an elegant dining room and two home theaters for your entertainment.

For gastronomy lovers, there is a gourmet area complete with barbecue and wood oven. The games room provides fun and relaxed moments, while the soccer/volleyball field is ideal for outdoor activities. Charming verandas, manicured gardens, relaxing sauna and a fully equipped kitchen complete the amenities of this house.

Observations:

Throughout your stay, 2 dedicated staff will be available - a caretaker and a cook - to ensure your comfort and convenience. However, it is important to note that staff services are not included in the rental amount.

From 4 guests, it will be necessary to hire a third employee, whose daily cost is R$ 250.00. A maid will be on hand to prepare meals and take care of housekeeping, while a second maid will be in charge of cleaning the house/swimming pool. The caretaker will be available to take care of the sauna, fireplace, barbecue, wood oven and will also be able to help with any external purchases.

Employee working hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with 8 hours of work and a break for lunch. Overtime can be negotiated directly with employees, if necessary.

Regarding energy consumption during your stay, the light clock will be checked at check-in and check-out to calculate the corresponding value. This fee will be charged separately. The cost is BRL 3.5 per KWH.
