Avec une vue panoramique sur le barrage, les villas offrent un environnement exclusif pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 42 personnes. Chacune des 9 suites climatisées du rez-de-chaussée accueille confortablement jusqu'à 21 personnes. Les deux villas partagent des espaces communs, tels qu'un hall central avec barbecue, piscine, jetée, héliport, terrain de sport et stand-up paddle.

Les salles de séjour, salle à manger et TV, équipées de ventilateurs de plafond, assurent le confort, tandis que le salon central peut accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes sur le canapé, 6 tabourets et 12 places à table. La maison propose des divertissements avec télévision par câble, streaming, Internet Wi-Fi (250 Mo) et tension 100 V. Des cuisines spacieuses, des réfrigérateurs, des congélateurs, divers électroménagers et 3 cuisinières industrielles répondent aux besoins culinaires.

L'aire de service réservée aux salariés comprend une machine à laver. La maison, sécurisée dans la propriété familiale, interdit aux hôtes de passer la nuit, accepte jusqu'à 2 petits animaux et est adaptée aux enfants. Il n'est pas accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Garage couvert pour 8 voitures et découvert pour 10.

Chaque villa dispose de 9 suites avec des dispositions de lit similaires, des salles de bains avec douches et douches hygiéniques, du chauffage au gaz et des rideaux occultants. Les gardiens, 2 par villa, et l'employé, proposent des services de nettoyage, d'organisation et de cuisine de base pendant les locations. L'embauche de personnel supplémentaire est requise pour plus de 15 personnes par villa. Les concierges s'occupent des achats moyennant un paiement supplémentaire et un acompte.

The beach is just a 10-minute walk or a 4-minute drive away. For unexpected weather events, the house has a backup generator to ensure continuous power supply. Additional amenities include a barbecue grill, Wi-Fi internet, 100% cotton bed linens, cable TV, and ceiling fans.

Our dedicated domestic staff consists of 1 cook, 2 housekeepers working from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch/rest break, and 1 young man who cleans/gardens and does minor maintenance when requested.
