Cada una de las 9 suites con aire acondicionado de la planta baja tiene capacidad para 21 personas. Ambas villas comparten áreas comunes, como salón central con asador, piscina, muelle, helipuerto, cancha deportiva y stand-up paddle.

La sala, el comedor y la televisión, equipados con ventiladores de techo, brindan comodidad, mientras que el salón central tiene capacidad para 10 personas en el sofá, 6 taburetes y 12 asientos en la mesa. La casa ofrece entretenimiento con TV por cable, streaming, internet Wi-Fi (250mb) y voltaje de 100v. Amplias cocinas, refrigeradores, congeladores, electrodomésticos diversos y 3 cocinas industriales satisfacen las necesidades culinarias.

El área de servicio restringida a los empleados incluye una lavadora. La casa, de propiedad familiar segura, no admite huéspedes durante la noche, acepta hasta 2 animales pequeños y es adecuada para niños. No es accesible para personas con dificultades de movilidad. Garaje cubierto para 8 coches y descubierto para 10.

Cada villa dispone de 9 suites con distribución de camas similar, baños con duchas y duchas higiénicas, calefacción de gas y cortinas opacas. Los conserjes, 2 por villa, y el empleado, ofrecen servicios de limpieza, organización y cocina básica durante el alquiler. Se requiere contratar personal adicional para más de 15 huéspedes por villa. Los cuidadores se encargan de las compras previo pago y depósito por adelantado.

The beach is just a 10-minute walk or a 4-minute drive away. For unexpected weather events, the house has a backup generator to ensure continuous power supply. Additional amenities include a barbecue grill, Wi-Fi internet, 100% cotton bed linens, cable TV, and ceiling fans.

Our dedicated domestic staff consists of 1 cook, 2 housekeepers working from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch/rest break, and 1 young man who cleans/gardens and does minor maintenance when requested.
