The booking deposit is non-refundable; cancelling more than 60 days before arrival refunds 50% of the amount paid, and no-shows forfeit the full amount. Concierge services (chefs, tours, transfers), once confirmed, cannot be cancelled. Check-in runs 2–7 pm and check-out 6–11 am, with early/late options at 50% of the nightly rate.
