The outside area is where you will probably spend most of your time, as it is equipped with a large swimming pool, a spacious lawn, a leisure area with several sofas and tables and an excellent outdoor kitchen, which has a bar, barbecue and even a pizza oven. Beyond the outdoor kitchen, you will find a sauna and a covered lounge, perfect for you to enjoy the tropical atmosphere of the house even during a short summer rain.

For groups or families who want to spend an unforgettable vacation in Búzios, with plenty of time outdoors and their feet in the sand without forgetting elegance, this mansion is the ideal choice.

The place is ideal for windsurfing, kitesurfing, canoeing, sailing, standup and even wake-boarding. We offer equipment for some of these sports when renting the house.

Cook - 9 am to 6 pm

Waiter starts at 3pm and stays until customers sleep
The basic staff includes 3 employees: cook, caretaker and maid, it is included in the rates.

We recommend 2 more employees for renting 8 rooms and 3 more employees for renting 12 rooms.

Extra staff will be paid by the tenants.

Washing of guests' personal clothes are not included in the rental, as well as ironing personal items.

Electricity, water and gas are included in the lease.
If the generator is used due to lack of electricity, the diesel value will be charged separately.

Consisting of two buildings connected by a raised platform, its warm and welcoming interior area integrates smoothly and harmoniously with the outside, pool and garden. Of its five suites, four of them reward their guests with unforgettable views of both the Atlantic Ocean and the beautiful garden.

And since the sea is right there, after a refreshing dip, why not rest on the sun loungers by the sea, enjoy the pool and sauna, or perhaps relax in the hot tub on the terrace?

Last but not least, the condominium has a tennis court for sports lovers.

Three employees will be available to guests: a caretaker responsible for keeping the external area clean and organized, as well as helping with barbecues and shopping for groceries, and a maid responsible for keeping the house clean and organized internally. The daily rate is R$800.00 per day.

All expenses related to the consumption of water and electricity must be paid separately, as well as the remuneration of the employees who will remain available during the stay.

In the basement of the house there is a laundry room with a support kitchen and two more rooms with a double bed for employees.

The basic staff is made up of a caretaker and a cook for hiring, the daily rate of services (8 hours) is about R$700 - R$1000 per day, depending on the season, and must be paid separately.
