With a constructed area of 700m², the house has a spacious and elegant design. Consisting of 6 suites and 2 bedrooms, it is perfect to comfortably accommodate larger groups. Living spaces include a cozy living room with a fireplace, an elegant dining room and two home theaters for your entertainment.

For gastronomy lovers, there is a gourmet area complete with barbecue and wood oven. The games room provides fun and relaxed moments, while the soccer/volleyball field is ideal for outdoor activities. Charming verandas, manicured gardens, relaxing sauna and a fully equipped kitchen complete the amenities of this house.

Observations:

Throughout your stay, 2 dedicated staff will be available - a caretaker and a cook - to ensure your comfort and convenience. However, it is important to note that staff services are not included in the rental amount.

From 4 guests, it will be necessary to hire a third employee, whose daily cost is R$ 250.00. A maid will be on hand to prepare meals and take care of housekeeping, while a second maid will be in charge of cleaning the house/swimming pool. The caretaker will be available to take care of the sauna, fireplace, barbecue, wood oven and will also be able to help with any external purchases.

Employee working hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with 8 hours of work and a break for lunch. Overtime can be negotiated directly with employees, if necessary.

Regarding energy consumption during your stay, the light clock will be checked at check-in and check-out to calculate the corresponding value. This fee will be charged separately. The cost is BRL 3.5 per KWH.
