- NO PETS! - The house has a floor made of large wooden planks, easily damageable by animal claws. Therefore, pets of any kind are not accepted. We appreciate if you respect this condition and do not insist.
- We indicate the services of outsourced professionals for house services, to whom the guest will pay directly, without my interference. They are excellent people, reliable, and at least one of them must be there every day for the requested period, the value of which is not included in the lease here.
- As it is in a condominium, there will be a separate contract to cover any damage that may occur to residential and condominium property, with a deposit reserve, which will vary according to the number of guests.
- It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the house.
- It is expressly forbidden to consume any drugs on the property.
- The house is predominantly equipped with 110V outlets, and the 220V ones are highlighted in red.
- The house offers bed sets, table and complete bath. However, due to the damage that sunscreens and beauty and makeup products cause to fabrics, we request that the use of bath towels be limited to the bathrooms, and that guests bring their own towels for the pool and beach.
- The house does not provide household and personal cleaning products.
