Conceived and built by Vladimir Alves de Souza alongside Mies van der Rohe, Le Corbusier and Oscar Niemeyer, the village, protected by the Atlantic forest, has impressive views of the Sugar Loaf and Guanabara Bay throughout the property and which become even more formidable from its 360º viewpoint on the terrace.

The design of the house is totally unique. With its large arches, the living room with its large glass windows, the vaulted pergola patio and its six-meter-high wooden doors, it became known for its Brutalist Modernist style that mixed concrete and noble woods. In the decor, details that make all the difference, such as handmade fabrics, bamboo seats and cushions picked from Thailand to Europe.

Each of its seven suites, which are named after iconic names in music and comfortably accommodate up to 14 people, is unique. Elegantly decorated with designer furniture and objects, king size beds and charming balconies with views of Sugarloaf Mountain.
