Imagine a luxury villa perched on top of a rock formation with stunning ocean views and breathtaking sunsets. This is the perfect description of the fabulous 5-bedroom mansion located in the Ferradurinha gated community.

Its spaces are truly charming, able to please even the most demanding guests. The suites are designed for maximum comfort and accommodate up to 14 people with plush beds, high-quality linens and relaxing decor. The Master Suite also has a jacuzzi for moments of total relaxation.

The internal social areas, such as the living room and dining room, are refined and mix tropical decorative elements with a contemporary style. The result is a unique and glamorous environment.

But it is on the wooden deck of the house that you will be able to admire the most incredible views of the sea and the surrounding beaches. Relax on the sun loungers or in the infinity pool, which seems to merge with the sea, while watching the daily sunset. The strategic location on top of the rock formation gives you the feeling of floating above the sea.

The villa is located in a gated community and has two covered parking spaces. The closed environments are air-conditioned to ensure a cozy atmosphere even on the hottest days. But if you prefer, just take a dip in the pool or explore the beautiful beaches of Búzios, one of the most charming regions in Brazil.

There is no doubt that this luxury mansion is a perfect place to enjoy an unforgettable and relaxing holiday.

Consumption of electricity, water, as well as staff fees must be paid separately at the end of the stay.

The basic staff of the house consists of a caretaker and a maid at a daily cost of R$200 each.

For an even more unforgettable experience, we suggest a premium staff package that includes a chef, assistant, housekeeper and a bartender to make and serve classic drinks. Consult us for more information about availability and prices.

Inside the Vale da Boa Esperança condominium, in Itaipava, there is an absolutely special residence. In addition to being situated in a stunning setting, across the street there is a picturesque river with waterfalls and delicious pools to cool off.

But the interior of the house is not far behind. Upon entering, we are surprised by a breathtaking decor, with an integrated living room and kitchen around a super cozy fireplace. With four rooms that accommodate family groups, every detail of the house enchants and captivates, remembering a typical mountain house with a very special charm.

But it's outside where the real magic happens. An incredible pool that imitates a beach with crystalline waters and real sand, accompanied by a thatched structure with a large table perfect for meals and outdoor gatherings. For the sporty ones, there's even a volleyball court available, and for those who like to barbecue, a "floor fire" is ready to be used. Isn't it a dream?
