This splendid luxury residence is situated in Taipu de Fora, on the stunning Maraú Peninsula, in the south of Bahia. Just a short distance from the beach, this exclusive property is connected to the renowned Dreamland Bungalows Inn.

The main villa:

The main core of the house features a comfortable living room with a 65-inch TV, a toilet and an American kitchen complete with a gas cooktop, refrigerator, air-conditioned wine cellar and four suites, all equipped with high-pressure gas showers, queen beds size, air conditioning and dresser. Of these, two suites have spacious bathrooms with two showers.

The bungalows:

There are four more suites distributed in two separate modules. Each of these suites has a queen size bed, TV, minibar, air conditioning, clothes rack and high pressure gas shower.

Gourmet area:

The gourmet space, integrated into a living room with sofa and 70-inch TV, includes an American kitchen complete with gas barbecue, ice machine, Nespresso coffee machine, pizza oven, gas cooktop, beer maker, air-conditioned wine cellar, dining table and air conditioning. Furthermore, the gourmet space has direct access to a fully equipped technical kitchen with an industrial stove, oven, microwave, two refrigerators and a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer.

Outside, there is the charming landscaped garden, with outdoor showers, swimming pool and a deck equipped with sun loungers, armchairs, tables and chairs to relax and enjoy the natural beauty around.

The residence also has an air-conditioned gym, equipped with a TV and equipment for aerobic exercises and weight training.
