Loft: Perched above the water, this former boathouse has been meticulously renovated into a modern, airy loft with glass walls that open to stunning views. With a generous area of 400m², the space houses three suites, including a master suite with sea views and a luxurious bathtub, and two suites with views of the sea and the Atlantic forest.

This intimate retreat offers accommodation for up to 6 people, with environments optimized to provide guests with maximum comfort throughout their stay.

Villa: Nestled on the seafront, this property extends over a 30,000m² private garden, where the 1,500m² colonial house stands out. With capacity for 12 people spread across 6 suites, including 2 master suites with sea views, the villa also houses a gym and an ecological sauna overlooking the Atlantic forest.

The suites are spacious and comfortable, providing panoramic views of the sea and the Atlantic Forest.

Master Ocean View Suites 1 and 3 feature doors overlooking the beach, inviting sunlight and sea breezes. The first suite has a king size bed, retractable blinds on the ceiling for natural light and a spacious bathroom with sea views. The second suite offers a king size bed and a spacious bathroom.

The Master Ocean View 2 suite has a door with a sea view, windows open to the Atlantic Forest, an ofuro-style bathtub and natural lighting.

The Master Suites Ocean View 4 and Garden 1, 2 and 3 also have doors facing the beach, allowing sunlight and sea breezes to enter. Equipped with king size beds or comfortable single beds, bathtubs and windows overlooking the house's backyard, they provide a welcoming environment.

On the gastronomic side, we customize the menu according to guests' preferences, make the necessary purchases and present the Food & Beverage costs at the end of the stay for payment.

Parking at Marina Cantagalo is offered for up to 2 vehicles, with check-in and check-out transfers available from the marina, as well as 3 transfers to the pier in the historic center of Paraty.
