Through the covered inner garden, guests reach the upper floor and the magnificent 85 m² veranda, furnished with four modular tables measuring two by one meter each, 24 chairs, sofas, coffee tables, and a sink. It is the perfect setting to enjoy the sunset or toast with a good drink. The view is breathtaking: on one side, the sea and the pool, and on the other, an endless field of palm trees stretching as far as the eye can see. The spacious kitchen, fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and other utensils, connects seamlessly to a bright living room with large glass windows, a flat-screen TV, and comfortable sofa beds. The master suite, located upstairs, offers even more comfort with a large bathroom featuring double sinks, a walk-in closet, and a fully private open-air shower. Its nine-square-meter private balcony, furnished with armchairs, connects to the main veranda through an external walkway. The house lighting has been carefully designed to create a unique and memorable atmosphere at night. Built in 2019, the property sits on a 1,000 m² plot and is maintained in impeccable condition.
