Spanning 430 m², the dwelling comprises 6 chambers, including 4 suites. The two double rooms share a bathroom, situated side by side. All lodgings are furnished with air conditioning, a luxurious queen-size canopy bed, and an additional single pullout bed.
There are also two cozy quarters, each featuring air conditioning, a minibar, and a television. The state-of-the-art kitchen is fully equipped with top-notch appliances and utensils.
Outdoors, in addition to the pool and lawn, a comprehensive children's playground is available for the little ones. Guests benefit from a staff of 2 dedicated personnel: 1 caretaker and 1 housemaid. The services of a chef can be arranged separately (excluding New Year and Carnival packages, where it is already included).
