Inside, the house offers cozy nooks, a dining room with seating and dinnerware for 10 guests, and a fully equipped kitchen featuring two refrigerators, a freezer, a stove with five burners, two ovens, a microwave, a water filter, and a Nespresso machine.

The main residence boasts a spacious master suite with direct access to a large outdoor deck, furnished with a king-size bed and an outdoor bathroom with a rain shower.

The second bedroom has a private bathroom and offers the flexibility of two twin beds or a luxurious queen bed. Two additional bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and views of the pool, are located in a charming poolside chalet, making them perfect for guests seeking privacy and comfort.

Formerly a ceramics workshop, this property has been transformed into an inviting and contemporary summer retreat, making it a premier choice for a stay in the heart of Trancoso.

The main residence includes an outdoor living area and a dining space with a wood-fired oven and barbecue, all overlooking the pool. There's also a comfortable indoor living room and a TV/game room equipped with a smart TV with cable channels, an excellent sound system, and a ceiling fan. The accommodations include:

Master Suite 1: King-size bed, air conditioning, mosquito net, safe, double showers.

Suite 2: Two twin beds (convertible to a queen), air conditioning, mosquito net. Located in a poolside chalet.

Suite 3: King-size bed, air conditioning, mosquito net, balcony with hammock.

Suite 4: Two twin beds (convertible to a queen), air conditioning, mosquito net, balcony with hammock.

The laundry room is equipped with two washing machines, two dryers, an iron, and ironing board. There is parking space for one vehicle. The staff (available 8 hours a day) includes a chef, a housekeeper, and a gardener/pool attendant.

The beach is just a 10-minute walk or a 4-minute drive away. For unexpected weather events, the house has a backup generator to ensure continuous power supply. Additional amenities include a barbecue grill, Wi-Fi internet, 100% cotton bed linens, cable TV, and ceiling fans.

Our dedicated domestic staff consists of 1 cook, 2 housekeepers working from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch/rest break, and 1 young man who cleans/gardens and does minor maintenance when requested.
