La résidence dispose d'une piscine extérieure, d'une grande pelouse et d'une terrasse équipée d'un barbecue mobile et d'un four à pizza.

D'une superficie de 430 m², la maison dispose de 6 chambres, dont 4 suites. Les deux chambres doubles partagent une salle de bains, situées côte à côte. Tous les logements sont équipés de la climatisation, d'un lit queen-size à baldaquin et d'un lit simple supplémentaire.

Il y a aussi deux chambres confortables, chacune avec climatisation, minibar et télévision. La cuisine américaine est entièrement équipée avec des appareils et ustensiles de qualité.

À l'extérieur, en plus de la piscine et de la pelouse, il y a une aire de jeux complète pour que les enfants puissent s'amuser. Les hôtes ont à leur disposition une équipe de 2 salariés : 1 gardien et 1 femme de ménage. Les services d'un chef peuvent être loués séparément (sauf dans les formules Nouvel An et Carnaval, dans lesquels ils sont déjà inclus).

Le prix de la location comprend : 1 gardien et une femme de ménage, de 8h à 18h. Le cuisinier doit être embauché séparément, pour un tarif journalier de 180 R$.
